Faux Onyx Stone white 0401 is a wonderful alternative to real onyx natural stone. The Faux Onyx Stone lets light through and is therefore beautiful when lit from behind. Onyx stone white is part of the artificial stone collection Faux Translucent Stone. The Faux Translucent Stone collection is a surprising collection of extremely elegant and highly attractive “natural” translucent materials for interior use. The material is the artificial variant of alabaster, marble and onyx. Each material from this collection has a unique appearance since they are all handmade. Click here to view our entire offer. You can also order samples of each type of the Faux Translucent Stone collection.

This luxurious reception desk, designed by Kroeze Interieur, is located in hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee. Kroeze Interieur opted for the Onyx Stone White variant from the Faux Translucent Stone collection. A collection with handmade, 'stone' sheet material that makes light beautifully diffuse. In addition, this material, unlike real natural stone, can be bent into a large radius. This results in this beautifully illuminated counter.
The challenge of this hotel design for Amsterdam's Fletcher Hotel is mainly due to the fact that the building is round. The round shapes in both the reception desk and the bar in the restaurant show the designer's vision of luxury, warmth and homeliness. The design of the restaurant in this striking building proved the breakthrough for Robert Kolenik.
